These short videos explain how Capability Solutions builds practical online training for New Zealand businesses, from one-off courses to branded learning pathways that keep staff training easier to manage.

Who is the training for

Pick the group you are enrolling and the courses below sort themselves into core, worth doing and background, with nothing taken off the page.

There are nineteen courses and two free guides below, in six areas. Pick a group above and the list will say which ones matter most for them.

Health and safety essentials

The core training most New Zealand workplaces need, from induction to safe manual handling and mobile plant.

Leadership and governance

Health and safety risk training for the people who lead and govern New Zealand organisations.

People, behaviour and wellbeing

Training that builds a safer, healthier culture and stronger everyday behaviour.

Free to enrol

Four of the nineteen cost nothing.

Forklift Awareness, Understanding Behaviours, Biosecurity Awareness and Transitional Facility Health and Safety all run on the same platform as the paid courses and produce the same completion record.

Freight, sales and career

Training for New Zealand freight, logistics and business development teams.

Biosecurity and the border

For freight, warehousing and Transitional Facility teams who help keep unwanted pests out of New Zealand.

Built around your workplace

Any course on this page can be rebuilt around your own site.

We rebuild the content around the hazards on your site, your own SOPs, photos of your building and plant, and a sign-off that goes back to the manager. The three courses below are only ever built that way, and the rest can be when a client asks for it.

Training built for your site

Bespoke courses we build around your own site, procedures and SOPs. Get in touch and we will tailor it to your workplace.

Free guides

Plain-English reads that explain the topic and point you to the right training.
